She will also assist in creating your listing in the multiple listing system, and works in tandem with our web partners to ensure maximum on-line exposure. Once under contract, Christina works in conjunction with escrow to ensure your purchase or sale moves forward, creating a “win-win” for all parties. Clients can expect exceptional communication from Christina throughout a listing’s active time on the market and into the final stages of the sale.
