Christina ensures each aspect of the listing process happens seamlessly and efficiently, coordinating all initial documents, staging, photography and signage. She will also assist in creating your listing in the multiple listing system, and works in tandem with our web partners to ensure maximum on-line exposure. Once under contract, Christina works in conjunction with escrow to ensure your purchase or sale moves forward, creating a “win-win” for all parties. Clients can expect exceptional communication from Christina throughout a listing’s active time on the market and into the final stages of the sale.
